No purchase necessary to enter or win. One entry per person. The contest begins on February 14, 2010.

Jewels Designs is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winners or other giveaway information by Jewels Designs or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Jewels Designs is also not responsible for any entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Jewels Designs and will not be returned.

Who Can Enter
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid email address.
One runner up winner and one grand prize winner will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries on or about February 2, 2010.

This is a long running Contest. Each month one winner will be chosen from my Contact List and recieve a gift. I will be choosing all gift, from one of my site shops.
